A disclosure schedule is a legally binding document that supplements and qualifies the representations and warranties made in a purchase agreement. Typically attached to the end of the agreement and referenced within it, the disclosure schedule is utilized by the disclosing party, usually the seller, to disclose exceptions to the agreement or provide detailed information that cannot feasibly be included directly in the agreement itself.
